I received an email today from my teacher in Kenya. A friend of mine whom I went to school with last year has become sick. There aren’t many details, but this is what the email said:
I got word today that Thomas is in the hospital in Kericho. He is at the Tenwick Mission Hospital, which I know nothing about, but at least if it’s a mission hospital maybe they will give good care there. The man at the BTL Centre told me that he heard that the problem may have been kidneys or his spleen. That’s not very complete information. But I would like to ask you to pray, because it is no doubt a very difficult circumstance for him and his family.
Thomas’ wife lost her brother a week before he graduated in July. Then a few days before he graduated, he lost a brother to sickness. Now he’s sick. Please lift him up in prayer as he has a family with three young girls. God bless.
